RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our E-Commerce store you may return your items within 2 days of the delivery. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees when shipping back to One of 1 Design Fashion.

You will need to use your own return label In the e-mail include your order # and item(s) you would like to return along with the reason for return. If you need help in obtain a label sent an email to oneof1design.fashion@gmail.com The return shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit refund. (Return labels are e-mailed to you within 24-72 hours) from your request during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST except on Holidays.

Please note, you are not required to use our return labels. You may purchase your own label from USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any carrier you choose.  You are not required to email us if you are using your own return label Returns should be mailed back to the below address:

All items must be in original purchased condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please be sure to include your original invoice in the box and initial next to each style returning.

Once the items are received back in our warehouse you will receive an email with the store credit the amount of your return item(s) usually within 5-10 business days from receipt of goods.   The return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund (if the label is purchased from One of 1 Design Fashion Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns & Purchases

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history or history involving but not limited to worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

  • An irregular or excessive returns history is indicative of "wardrobing".

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service to a customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
